Premium Plans for Owners, Agencies, Agents, and Managers/Caretakers:
- Non-refundable Payments: Payments for the current subscription period for premium plans (such as Owner, Agency, Agent, and Manager/Caretaker plans) are non-refundable.
- Refunds May Be Granted If: Refunds will only be issued under specific circumstances, such as if the service was not delivered as promised or if there was an error in payment processing.

Premium Plans for Buyers:
- Non-refundable Payments: Payments for the current subscription period for buyer-related premium plans are non-refundable unless otherwise specified.

Listings and External Transactions:
- Listings Fees: Property listings submitted by sellers are non-refundable once the listing is published, even if it is removed or canceled by the user.
- External Transactions: Since property transactions (purchases, rentals, or sales) occur directly between the buyers and sellers outside of Keja Yangu, we are not responsible for, nor do we issue refunds for, these transactions.
3. Listing Cancellations
- Seller’s Right to Cancel: Property listings that have been paid for may be canceled or removed by the seller at any time, but the listing fees are non-refundable once the listing has been posted on the platform.
- Exceptions: Any exceptions to the non-refundable policy for listings will be governed by specific conditions outlined at the time of payment or in the service agreement.
4. Subscription Cancellations
- For Premium Subscribers (Owners, Agencies, Agents, Managers/Caretakers, and Buyers):
- Subscriptions for premium services can be canceled at any time before the next renewal date. However, payments for the current subscription period are non-refundable, unless otherwise specified in the specific plan’s terms.
- You will not receive a refund for the current subscription period once payment is processed, but you will retain access to the premium features until the end of the paid period.
